He is survived by: his wife Melissa Knight Weaver of Sylvester; his children, Zach Weaver of Worth County, Scott Weaver (Shelby) of Ray City, DeWayne Weaver of TyTy and Zachary Knight of Sylvester; his father Jake "J. C."; his sister Angie Bryan (Stacy) of Sylvester; and his grandchildren, Bonne Weaver and Zoey Tucker. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins and nephews.
