He was predeceased by: his parents, James Willie Lee Bell and Mary Elizabeth Boone Bell. He is survived by: his friend Veverly Hill; his wife Veverly Dianne Bell; his children, Jackqueline L. Frederick of Ashburn, Sebeca P. Jordan (Delbert) of Albany and Jana Bell Davis (Frederick) of Rock Hill; his siblings, Dorothy Dopson of Ocilla, Marva Bell Williams of Miami, FL, Joe Bell Wilcox of Miami, FL, Alma Reddick of Tifton, Tommy Bell (Sandra) of Tifton and Frank Bell of Ashburn, Georgia; and his siblings-in-law, Gloria Jean Martin of Ashburn, Gwendolyn Gordon of TyTy, Sherry Hill of Tavares and Robert Hillmon of Clinton. He is also survived by five aunts, nieces, nephews, cousins, and other loving relatives and friends.
