He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Albritton and Susie Griner Walker; his son Joseph "Joey" Walker; and his son-in-law John "Moe" Morey. He is survived by: his wife Linda Love Walker of Worth County; his children, Doris Walker Morey of Worth County, Lisha Cawley (Ron) of Lee County, Tommy Walker, Danny Milner (Jennifer), Gary Milner (Mandy) and Kelly Holton (Tim); and his daughter-in-law Sharon Walker of Ty. He is also survived by 18 grandchildren, 20 great grandchildren, and 3 great great grandchildren.
