He was predeceased by: his parents, Tracy Lee and Elsie Mae Whisman Cook; and his brothers, Roger Blevins and Carroll Cook. He is survived by: his wife Valerie Bean Cook of Worth County; his children, Tracy Lee Cook Stockslager (David Godwin) of Tallahassee, Teresa Cook Ayotte (Ron) of Albany, Michelle Cook VanLandingham (Clay) of Blairsville, GA and Scarlet Cook (Jonathan Edwards) of Baconton; and his grandchildren, Tony Capitolo, Lisa Bugbee, Jerry Thompson and William VanLandingham. He is also survived by 4 great grandchildren.
