He was predeceased by: his parents, Teddy Lawrence and Mary Tabatha McKenzie Smith; and his sister Sara Jo McLean. He is survived by: his wife Pat Smith of Worth County; his daughters, Jennifer Flickinger of Apopka, FL, Julie Jones (Chris) of Raleigh, NC and Marsha Dunlap (Doug) of Tequesta, FL; and his grandchildren, Misty Sheppard, Lauren Flickinger and Caroline Flickinger. He is also survived by 6 great grandchildren.
