He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, James Elbert and Vera Porter Kilcrease of Poulan; his wife Wynette Young Kilcrease of Sylvester; his children, Steven Kilcrease (Hailey) and Katie Carter (Cody); his grandchildren, Chloe Carter, Ace Carter, Brooklyn Kilcrease, Ryker Kilcrease, Zek Stalvey and Malachi Stalvey; his mother-in-law Jeanette Young; his siblings-in-law, Lila Sellars (Tony) and Richie Goff; his sister Janet Goff; and his grandson Caden Jack Kilcrease. He was also cherished by nieces, nephews.
