She was predeceased by: her parents, J. C. Shiver and Dorothy Souter Shiver; her husband Robert Edward Bell, Jr.; her grandson Cory Bell; her sisters, Bonnie Elaine Shiver and Sherrie Kuck; and her brother-in-law Kenny Kuck.
She is survived by: her children, Fred Bell (Felicia) of Sylvester and Robin Hortman (Ricky) of Sylvester; her grandchildren, Dana Hortman and Jacie Hortman; and her great grandchildren, Alex Bell, Andrew Bell and Lexi Bell.
