It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Gilbert Douglas of Sylvester, Georgia, who passed away on August 14, 2020, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward A. Douglas and Ruby Parks Douglas; his former wife Eloise Douglas; his wife Ella Mae Douglas; his brothers, James Douglas and Winfred Douglas; and his granddaughter Olivia Leigh Ann Reynolds.

He is survived by: his children, Susan Reynolds (Josh) of Sylvester and Seburn James Holton (Laura Jean) of Poulan; his grandchildren, Jacob Reynolds, Johnathan Reynolds, James Holton, Jr., Jeremy Holton, Tasha Snelgrove, Melinda Snelgrove and Stace Snelgrove; and his sisters, Brenda Corsan (Earl) of Adel and Betty Lawson of Sumner. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
