It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Floyd Edward Brooks (Sylvester, Georgia), who passed away on January 15, 2024, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, John Thomas Brooks and Ila Hancock Brooks; his daughter Brenda Howell (ED); and his siblings, Vinuard Brooks (Latrelle), Elder Ernest Brooks (Erleen), Alberta Massey (JM), Jean Griffith (Griff), Mildred Draper (Tom), Sue Potts (Kent) and Wallace Brooks.

He is survived by: his wife Celia; and his sons, Keith (Traci) and Craige Brooks (Amy).
