With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Eugene Harold Patterson (Sylvester, Georgia), who passed away on June 13, 2021 at the age of 82. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Eugene Ruffin and Ava Elizabeth Frazier Patterson; and his sisters, Carolyn Pate and Jean Elizabeth Ellis. He is survived by: his wife Latrelle Slappey Patterson of Sylvester; his children, Licia Johnson (Scott), Gene Patterson (Tammy) and Stephen Patterson (Laura); his grandchildren, Sheran Newell (Russell), Brad Patterson, Chaz Zenga (Dana), Abby Patterson, Dayne Leininger, Justin Patterson (Morgan) and Gray Patterson; and his sister Voncile Wilkes (Tommy) of Sylvester. He is also survived by 4 step-grandchildren, 6 great-grandchildren, and 1 step grandson.
