He was predeceased by: his father William Cleveland; his brothers, Bill Willis and Bobby Willis; and his brothers-in-law, Randall Glover and Buddy Welch.
He is survived by: his wife Lavonne Bearden Willis of Sylvester; his children, Sandy Smith (Tim) of Coffee Springs, AL. and Shannon Willis (Julie) of Sylvester; his grandchildren, Dr. Morgan Smith Greene (Kevin), Taylor Smith, Jesse Collins (Lauren), Journee Collins and Gracie Willis; his great grandchild Hudson Greene; and his sisters, Anne Welch of Sylvester and Latrelle Glover of Sylvester.
