He is survived by: his children, Jody LaNeal and Ernie LaNeal; his grandchildren, Brittany of Atlanta, Georgia, Alston of Atlanta, Georgia, Chelsee of Atlanta, Georgia and Dylan of Atlanta, Georgia; his pet Chewy; his brothers, Eugene Rice (Evelyn) of Tampa and Reverend Robert Rice Jr. (Thelma) of Atlanta; and his siblings-in-law, Jimmie Anderson, Louise Rice of Augusta, Georgia, Bernice Stephens of Atlanta, Georgia and Brenda Tyson of Los Angeles. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and friends.
