It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Elton Lawrence Beck (Sylvester, Georgia), born in Putnam Hall, Florida, who passed away on February 27, 2022, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence Beck and Effie Maude Patrick Beck. He is survived by: his wife Nellie Beck of Worth County; his children, Kelly Hawthorne (Tim), Cindi Parton, Diane Beck, Ronnie Beck (Karen), Karen Mayton (Steven), Cheryl Conway (Don), Darrell Beck (Dianne) and Rhonda Murphy; and his brother Melvin Beck (Ella Mae). He is also survived by 16 grandchildren, 28 great-grandchildren, and 11 great-great grandchildren.
