She was predeceased by: her parents, Roscoe Morrow and Velma Smith Morrow; her husband William "Billy" Hugh Payne; and her children, Judy Hanson Faiola and Jerry Hanson.
She is survived by: her son Charles; her daughter-in-law Tammie Hanson of Longview; her daughters, Elizabeth Hanson of Sylvester and Lahoma; and her son-in-law Tony Harper of Moultrie. She is also survived by five brothers; three sisters; 12 grandchildren; several great-grandchildren; and two great-great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, September 17th 2024 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Bowen-Donaldson Home For Funerals (420 Love Ave, Tifton, GA 31794). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, September 18th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Chapel of Bowen-Donaldson Home For Funerals (420 Love Ave, Tifton, GA 31794).
