He was predeceased by: his parents, Oscar Tullen and Doris Josephine Tucker Wallen. He is survived by: his wife Sharon McLemore Wallen of Sylvester; his children, Jennifer McKinnon (Michael) of Newnan, GA, Todd Wallen of Winter Garden, FL, Chris Wallen, Yavette, Kelly Goode of Sylvester, Randy Carr (Frances) of Leesburg and Jason Carr (Teresa) of Albany; and his brother Henry Wallen of Church Falls, VA.. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren, 2 great grandchildren.
