He was predeceased by: his parents, Lloyd Junior and Winona Hart Lawson. He is survived by: his wife Michelle Varnadoe Lawson of Worth County; his son Clay Lawson (Kaitlyn); his grandchildren, Keagan McDonald and Rosalie Lawson; his sister Valerie Lawson; and his half-brother Johnnie Phillips. He is also survived by his friends and family, especially his grandchildren.
