She is survived by: her husband Brian Duckworth of Sylvester; her children, Juan Garcia, Jason Garcia, Felix Garcia and Marie Garcia; her father J. C. Gaddy of Sylvester; and her siblings, Lisa Swain (Carl) of Sylvester, Bonnie Avalos of Tifton, James Gaddy of Andersonville, Rhonda Saylor (Terry) of Sumner, J. C. Gaddy Jr. of Jacksonville, FL, Ricky Gaddy of South Carolina, Timothy Gaddy of Sylvester and Scott Gaddy (Marsha) of Sumner. She is also survived by 17 grandchildren.
