He was predeceased by: his parents, Marvin Roper Rutherford and Ruby "Peggy" Green Hall; and his brother Roger L. Rutherford. He is survived by: his daughters, Misty Conn (Robbie) and Tonya Turner; and his siblings, Melvin Rutherford (Bonnie) and Betty Rutherford Pearson. He is also survived by grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
A graveside service was held on Monday, September 30th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Gordy New Bethel Cemetery (102 New Bethel Church Rd, Sylvester, GA 31791).
