He is survived by: his wife Shirley Culpepper of Sylvester; his stepchildren, Henry Elliott Johnson, Merrie Inez Henderson and Mattie Sparks; and his brother Willie Culpepper. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
