He is survived by: his siblings, Thomas Claitt, Johnny Clay, Rueben Clay, Samuel Lee Clay and Lovie May Brown; his wife Patrice Clay; his children, Nicole Clay Price, Jasmine Burley, Aulexis Clay (Camryn), Antony Harper and Kelvin Clay (LaShonda); and his siblings, Howard Clay (Mary), Hyrom Clay (Patricia), Willie Fred Clay, Alvin Clay and Hattie Mae Clay. He is also survived by Seventeen grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives, and sorrowing friends.
