It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Barbara Dawson Hathcock of Sylvester, Georgia, who passed away on March 10, 2025, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence Dawson and Corrine Bundy Dawson; her husband Tony Willard Hathcock; and her siblings, Ruth Campbell, Earl Dawson and Wayne Dawson.
She is survived by: her children, Wanda Hathcock of Lawley, AL, Fran Hathcock of Erin, TN and Susan Hathcock of Cleveland, GA; her sisters, Dorothy Daniels of Albany, GA and Linda Pope of Lake Worth, FL; and her grandchildren, Todd Itson, Lauren Shedd, Lane Itson, Corey Sexton, Jessica Moore and Audrey Hathcock. She is also survived by great-grandchildren.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, May 3rd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Crossroads Baptist Church.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Crossroads Baptist Church, 817 S. Main Street, Sylvester, GA 31791 in Mrs. Hathcock's memory.
