She was predeceased by: her parents, Elster Lee and Ina Mae Leverett Cox; her siblings, Curtis Cox, Mary Cox and Linda Blalock; and her nephew Scott Etheredge.
She is survived by: her sisters, Ina Etheredge (Julius) of Leesburg and Peggy Cox Sparling of Baconton; and her pet Jackson. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
