She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Dennis William Smith; her children, Jeremy Davis Smith, Jennifer Campbell, Thomas Zachery and Heather Smith; her grandchildren, Tristan, Emberly Smith, Blanche Butler and Janet Haviland; her father Gene Haviland; her siblings, Thomas Haviland, Belinda Provost, Erin Mills, Rebecca Brewer and Kelly Haviland; her nieces, Tommie, Abi, Brandi and Melissa; and her nephew Jacob. She was also cherished by pets and reveled in the love of being a mother and grandmother.
In lieu of flowers gifts may be made to the American Cancer Society.
