He is survived by: his children, Raymond Williams and Shalonda Carter; and his siblings, Junies Carter (Patricia), Larry Carter, Bernice Manor, Remell Hawkins (Anthony), Debbie Riley (Christopher) and Susie Milton. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild.
