He is survived by: his children, Raymond Williams and Shalonda Carter; and his siblings, Junies Carter (Patricia), Larry Carter, Bernice Manor, Remell Hawkins (Anthony), Debbie Riley (Christopher) and Susie Milton. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild.
Viewing was held on Friday, January 10th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Sylvania Funeral Home, Inc. (905 S Main St, Sylvania, GA 30467). A funeral service was held on Saturday, January 11th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Dalton Baptist Church (500 Dalton Church Rd., Sylvania, GA 30467).
