He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Morgan and Exie Mae Oliver Brannen; his daughter Tammy Michelle Brannen Smith; his parents-in-law, Ernest Hamilton and Helen Blackburn Bazemore; and his siblings-in-law, Terri B., Robert Chadwick, Robert B. Bazemore, Johnny M. Bazemore and Ernest H. Bazemore, Jr..
He is survived by: his wife Sandra Bazemore Brannen; his son Roger of Sylvania; his children-in-law, Cindy Brannen of Sylvania and David Smith of Dublin; his grandsons, Justin Brannen of Sylvania and Dylan B. Smith (Harley) of Dublin; his great grandchild Case David Smith; and his sister-in-law Vera P. Bazemore of Sylvania. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
