It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Paul Anderson of Sylvania, Georgia, born in Fort Pierce, Florida, who passed away on October 21, 2023, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Chauncey Anderson and Eulaine Anderson; his wife Carmeletta "Cookie"; his daughter Kendra Leona Anderson; and his brother Larry Anderson (Susie Q.).

He is survived by: his close friend Ronnie Burke; his siblings, Dixie Wooten (Larry), Judy Byrd (Ralph), Sharon Parker and Russell Anderson; his stepmother Thelma Anderson; his daughters, Kiesha DeLoach (Emory) and Petra Vanlandingham (Scot); his grandchildren, Ashley Thompson (Clay), Amber Mock (Nick), Alyson Smith (Andrew), Carson Crosby (Abbie), Gage Vanlandingham, Sydni Vanlandingham, Kale Vanlandingham, John DeLoach and Allison Lee (Jamie); his great grandchildren, Payton Thompson, Avery Thompson, Nathan Mock, Savanna Portlock, Tanna Mock, Kynzee Churchwell, Ryleigh Portlock, Ava Smith, Raylan Thompson, Dawson Mock, Reagan Lee and Addi Smith; and his pet Pup.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the Ogeechee Area Hospice in Statesboro, Georgia in Paul's name.
