He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Floyd Perritt and Amanda Lee Taylor Perritt; his wife Addie Lou Morse Perritt; and his siblings, Sarah Louise, Mildred Arlene and Billy Floyd Perritt.
He is survived by: his daughters, Joann, Cynthia and Catherine; his stepchildren, Roseann, Richard Neal Jr. and Timothy Neal; his brother-in-law Steven Morse; and his nephew Lewis Raymond Perritt. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
A graveside service was held on Friday, January 10th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Screven County Memorial Cemetery (820 E Ogeechee St, Sylvania, GA 30467).
