She was predeceased by: her husband James Ronald Waters; and her brother Dennis Oliver. She is survived by: her daughter Sandy; her son-in-law Lee Kistler; her siblings, Mary Bolton, Christine (Rufus Oglesby), Pamela Bolton, Bruce (Rita Oliver), Neal (Missy Oliver) and Gregory (Lisa Oliver); and her grandchildren, Niasiah Waters, Ricky Keelin and Destiny Kemp.
