He was predeceased by: his parents, Simmie Skinner and Virginia Skinner. He is survived by: his son Garrison Skinner (Angeline Skinner); his grandson Randy McClain of Sylvania; his siblings, Patricia Griffis of Alexander, GA, Chester Skinner (Donna) of Statesboro, GA and Penelope Fries (Homer) of Sylvania; and his nieces and nephews, Laticia Oliver of Alexander, Jerome Walker of Alexander, Jared Walker of Alexander, Robin, Jonathan Liagaris of Statesboro, Travis Smith and Tamisha Gale of Sylvania, GA.
