She was predeceased by: her brother Gerald Lewis. She is survived by: her children, Terry Purvis and Louis Mincey; and her siblings, Sheri Lewis McIlrath, James Lewis, Butch Lewis and Ricky Lewis. She is also survived by 3 grandchildren; 9 great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
