With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Diane Drury of Sylvania, Georgia, born in Folkston, Georgia, who passed away on September 27, 2024 at the age of 73. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Ivan Taylor Hickox and Vannie Chesser Hickox; and her siblings, Herschel Hickox, W. C. Hickox, Raymond Hickox and Juanita Reynolds.
She is survived by: her husband Allen "Pedro" Drury; her children, Anthony Dale Hickox, Angelia Furr (Terry), Kendra Jackson (Dana), James Allen Drury, Mary Lynnette Drury and Tracy Rebecca Lloyd (Mitchell); her grandchildren, Nikki, Jake, Anthony, Leanna, Bill, Katie, Deanna, William, Dustin, Madison, Emily, Isabella, Baylee, Samantha, Alysea and Shammar; her sisters, Edna Hoskins, Evelyn Scott and Juanell Lee; and her close friends, Mildred Johns, Merline Thomas and Carolyn Deloach. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and other family members.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 3rd 2024 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Shepard-Roberson Funeral Home (600 Oakwood St, Folkston, GA 31537). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 4th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
