She was predeceased by: her parents, J. D. Scott and Myra Scott; her siblings, Jackie Austin, David Scott and Jimmy Scott; and her nephew Mitchell Austin.
She is survived by: her brother Calvin Scott (Nancy); her nephews, Dewayne Austin, Brian Scott (Becky), Brice Scott (Jenn) and Jason Scott (Echo); her niece Jennifer Bragg; her sister-in-law Linda Scott; and her close friend Floyd Williams.
Visitation was held on Monday, January 13th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Thompson-Strickland-Waters Funeral Home (107 Singleton Ave, Sylvania, GA 30467). A graveside service was held on Monday, January 13th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Screven County Memorial Cemetery (820 E Ogeechee St, Sylvania, GA 30467).
