She was predeceased by: her parents, George Collins and Madeline Collins; her husband Raymond Burkes; her granddaughter Kimberly Flint; and her son-in-law Jerry Stapp.
She is survived by: her children, Laurie Ann Stapp and Randy; her daughter-in-law Jamie Burkes; her sister Janet; her brother-in-law Leland Sanders; and her grandchildren, Matthew Flint (Kerri), Michael Flint (Ashley), Laci Burkes, Katie Guessford (Justin), Dustin Gilbert (Ashley) and Tony Chirico (Heather). She is also survived by 15 great grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
