She was predeceased by: her husband Earl Phillips; her parents, John Loss Hagan and Mildred Palmer Hagan; and her siblings, Donald Hagan, Wendell Hagan, John R. Hagan and Jackie Bazemore.
She is survived by: her children, Teresa Ann P. Mock (Ralph) of Rocky Ford, Johnny Earl Phillips of Statesboro and Ronnie Jerald Phillips (Jeanene) of Statesboro; her siblings-in-law, Billy Stephens and Rachel Hagan; and her sister Helen Stephens of Register. She is also survived by eight grandchildren, fourteen great grandchildren; and one great great grandchild and several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, February 18th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Thompson Strickland Waters Funeral Home (107 Singleton Ave, Sylvania, GA 30467). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, February 18th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the James M. Strickland Memorial Chapel of Thompson Strickland Waters Funeral Home (107 Singleton Ave, Sylvania, GA 30467).
