He was predeceased by: his father John B. "J. B." Clements, Jr.; and his brother Gary Clements. He is survived by: his mother June Clements of Sycamore; his children, Ryan Clements of Tifton, Paul Clements of Ashburn, Courtney Sanders of Ashburn and Christina Hoover of Leesburg; and his siblings, Kenneth Clements of Sycamore and Kay Wilkerson (Scottie) of Sycamore. He is also survived by three grandchildren.
