He is survived by: his parents, Rachel Pearson Barfield of Tifton and George Dean Barfield, Sr. of Byron; his brother Daylon Barfield of Tifton; and his aunts and uncles, Linda Floyde, Janice Baldree, Pearson and Billy Baldree.
