He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer Foskey and Wilma Kitchens Foskey; and his daughter Jan Foskey Hemphill. He is survived by: his wife Mary Foskey; his son Jerry Foskey (Kim); his sisters, Cuba Foskey Wilson (Jim) of Sylvania, GA, Judy Foskey Davis and His; his son-in-law Jim Hemphill; his sister-in-law Hazel Carroll Rachels of Wrightsville, GA.; and his grandchildren, Walt Foskey (Caitlin) of Birmingham, AL, Elizabeth Hemphill of Evans, GA, Hope Foskey Davis (Taylor) of Vestavia Hills, AL and Wes Foskey of Lake Oconee, GA.. He is also survived by Nieces, Nephews, and Extended Family.
