She was predeceased by: her parents, Erbie Gene Lewis and Maggie Rose Lewis; her son Jackie Lynn Sparks; and her brother Erbie Gene Lewis, Jr.. She is survived by: her children, Jeffrey Sparks of Swainsboro, Tammy Smith (Tommy), Pam Sparks of Port St and Tyra Staley (Chris) of Swainsboro; and her grandchildren, Codey Sweet (Heather), Tina Bishop (Thomas), Elizabeth West, Sheila Sparks, Justin Jacoby, Jared Jacoby and Rachael Irizary (Leinathan). She is also survived by 19 great-grandchildren, 2 nieces, 1 nephew and many friends.
