He was predeceased by: his parents, Beulah P. Mills and Lonzie L. Rolison; his son Shannon Rolison; and his siblings, Larry Mills, Nicholas Rolison, Fidel Rolison, Connie Rolison, Kenneth Wise and Ronnie Rolison.
He is survived by: his close friend Glenda Whitehead; his daughter Tanzania Mitchell (Anthony); his siblings, Willie C. Mills, Tommy Mills (Ethel), Sylvia Bryant and Geneva Betha (Rodney); his grandchildren, Anthony Mitchell Jr., Za'Nya Mitchell and Tania Mitchell; and his sister-in-law Debra Rolison. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
