We are sad to announce that on April 16, 2021, at the age of 71, Terry Hipps of Swainsboro, Georgia, born in Miami, Florida passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Bud Hipps and June Hipps; and his brother Mike Hipps. He is survived by: his daughters, Brandi Martin (Allen) of Covington and Carman Cornett (Andy) of Indiana; and his brother Gary Hipps of Monticello. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren.
