He was predeceased by: his son Brian Fennell; and his brothers, Hugh Fennell and Stanley Fennell. He is survived by: his wife Bernice L. Fennell of Swainsboro; his daughters, Dell Atkins (James) of Helena and Wendy Diaz (Angel) of Hazlehurst; his stepson Eric Herrington of Swainsboro; and his brother Emory Fennell (Joyce) of Swainsboro. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren; 5 great-grandchildren; several nieces, nephews, and many friends.
