She was predeceased by: her parents, Hurbert Artis and Ella Worthen. She is survived by: her children, Ja'Quez Worthen of Swainsboro, McKenney Ricks of Swainsboro, MacCauley Williams of Swainsboro and Simone Worthen of Swainsboro; her goddaughter Ja'Kayla Richardson of Wadley; her siblings, Ricky Worthen (Annette) of Wadley, Rodney Worthen (Celeste) of Swainsboro and Tiffany Worthen of Swainsboro; and her grandsons, Zydarius Ricks and Ja'Quez Worthen, Jr.. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and many friends.
Visitation was held on Thursday, December 19th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 12:30 PM and on Saturday, December 21st 2024 from 11:00 AM to 12:30 PM. A funeral service was held on Saturday, December 21st 2024 at 1:00 PM at the Church of Jesus Apostolic Faith Email (511 Miller Dr, Swainsboro, GA 30401). A burial was held on Saturday, December 21st 2024 at the Swainsboro City Cemetery (1 Lewis St, Swainsboro, GA 30401).
