She is survived by: her mother Jessie Dell Samples of Swainsboro; her daughters, Sylvia Loren Neal of Vidalia, Taylor Armani Neal of Swainsboro and April Jessica Neal of Swainsboro; and her siblings, Jerome Samples of Macon, Christopher Samples (Roxanne) of Swainsboro, Mary Strobridge of Swainsboro, Nancy Shimoyama of Swainsboro and Andrea Elliot (Steven) of Loganville. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and many friends.
