He is survived by: his son Jeff Wiggins (Sue) of Swainsboro; his grandchildren, Jeffrey Wiggins (Tiffany) of Kite, Belinda Clifton (Chris) of LaSalle, IL and Cheyenne Hall (Josh) of Swainsboro; his great grandchildren, Alexis Kelley, Savannah Wiggins, Madison Wiggins, Olivia Wiggins, Kaylie Clifton, Brittany Clifton, Hunter Clifton, Alyssa Hall, J. J. Hall, Gracie Hall and Joshlynn Hall; his brother Reverend Wayne Wiggins (Charlene); and his siblings-in-law, Becky Watson (Mike) and Gary Meeks (Cindy). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and many friends.
