It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Sara Claxton of Swainsboro, Georgia, who passed away on May 4, 2021, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Dennis Riner and Charlotte Faircloth Riner; and her husband Oliver. She is survived by: her son Jerry Oliver Hudson; her siblings, Anne Roberson, Dora Mae Wiggins, Maggie Youngblood, Earnest "Slim" Riner, Oscar Riner and I. T. Riner; her stepson Harold Claxton; her daughters, Judy Moore (Russell) of Swainsboro, GA, Linda Flanders of Swainsboro, GA, Barbara Strickland (Allan) of Swainsboro, GA and Jessie Garrett (Donnie) of Swainsboro, GA; and her stepson Lewis Claxton of Swainsboro, GA. She is also survived by 14 Grandchildren, 18 Great-Grandchildren, 4 Great Great-Grandchildren, numerous nieces, nephews and extended family.
