She was predeceased by: her parents, Randolph Meeks and Gladys Beasley Meeks; and her sister Elaine Meeks Goodyear. She is survived by: her husband James Edward Proctor of Swainsboro; her children, Jamie Dianne Wasden (B. J.) of Sandersville and Brad Ely (Tonya Harrell) of Hephzibah; her grandchildren, Brandon Michael Ely, Trenton Ely, Gabriel Argoe, Zachary Argoe and Aubrey Wasden; and her brother Randall Meeks of Meeks.
