With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Ruth (Ferrell) Palmer (Swainsboro, Georgia), who passed away on December 8, 2019 at the age of 90. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Ruth (Ferrell) Palmer to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Claude Sr. Ferrell and Dovie Lee Brown Ferrell; her husband Tully Palmer; her son James Ronald "Ron" Palmer; and her brothers, Claude Ferrell, Jr., Albert Ferrell, Jim Higgs and Green Higgs.
She is survived by: her daughter Rosalind McVey (Freddie); her daughter-in-law Fran Palmer; her grandchildren, David McVey (Jessica), Brent Palmer and Beth Palmer Her; and her great grandchildren, Cameron McVey, Kayleigh Miller, Samantha Smith, Sabina Gonzalez, Oziel Gonzalez and Griselda Gonzalez.
