She is survived by: her son Jonathan Clifton (Brandi) of Claxton; her parents, Nollie Williams and Billy Williams of Uvalda; her sister Debbie Williams Palmer (Al) of Statesboro; her grandchildren, Rowan Clifton and Maddox Clifton; her niece Mary Lee Palmer of Atlanta; her nephews, Harrison Palmer of Golden and Brennan Palmer (Katlyn) of Chattanooga, Tennessee; and her great-nephew Brooks Palmer.
Because of the age of Rhonda's parents, masks and social distancing are required at the service.
