He was predeceased by: his parents, Preston McDaniel and Brenda Jones McDaniel; and his siblings, Preston Jesse Arthur McDaniel and Brenda Elizabeth Rice. He is survived by: his wife Cathy Dickens McDaniel of Swainsboro; his daughters, Jennifer McDaniel Trapnell (William) of Metter and Mary Elizabeth Mason (Wess) of Shellman Bluff; his brother Patrick Campbell McDaniel (Janice) of San Antonio, TX.; his sister-in-law Mary S. Dickens (Kathy Morgan); and his grandchildren, Michael Caleb Mason, Harper Lea Trapnell, Laurie James Mason and Hallie Morgan Trapnell.
