He is survived by: his brothers, Cleve Phillips (Laura) of Swainsboro, Georgia and Meadie Phillips of Swainsboro, Georgia; and his brother-in-law Wayne Sanders Jr.. He is also survived by loving nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
